Listen to Mary’s Story

Three years ago, Mary faced isolation, coercive control, and violence at the hands of her abuser. Listen as Mary recounts the day they left. They describe their feelings of arriving at the Ann Elmore Transition House and the supports they received at the Drop-in Women's Resource Centre.

Today they are living a life free from domestic violence and encourages others to reach out for support. Watch this video of their story.
